I spent 10 days at this hotel and had a nearly flawless experience. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were amazing. However, the Wi-Fi was poor in our room, and the cleanliness could have been better, especially in the bathroom and on the floor. The breakfast was also repetitive, with limited options for Brazilian guests like myself. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there's room for improvement.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster. The rooms were tired and cramped, and the noise pollution was unbearable due to the lack of soundproofing. The air conditioning was either extremely loud or mediocre, and the water temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The shower also leaked into the room, causing dampness and a perpetual wet towel. To top it all off, the TV was ancient and the breakfast was unimpressive.
