I read a lot of other reviews about the hotel and was surprised that none of the negative things I read were true. Our rating is 10; we received far more than we expected, a varied menu, a bar open all day with unlimited service, and I am very, very satisfied with these 7 days.

The location was fine, but the customer service was terribly unhelpful, and the room cleaning was awful. Dirty dishes and cutlery, plus bad food, caused food poisoning in five of the seven people in our group. The pool had to be closed because other guests had an accident in it.

For its price it was basically okay. The staff were polite and friendly, and there was a kids’ club and a children's pool. The downside was that they only gave one key card per room, which was inconvenient for families with kids. The main building had just two elevators, and you’d often wait a long time. The corridors were stuffy and there was no air conditioning. The room only had one small bin, so after changing two diapers there was nothing left to put the waste in. Regarding food, my child doesn’t eat meat, only fish, and the fish offered was only in one variation and with bones. There were no seafood options at all. We did get a tasty watermelon and ice cream once a day.

Everything was good, and nothing to complain about.

Удобное местоположение, хороший бассейн, есть свой пляж ( пешком 10 минут медленной ходьбы). Долго ждать лифт
