“Parfait”
The view of the pyramids was simply breathtaking.
Everything. Mohamed was incredibly kind and so were the guys working with him. It’s one of the few hotels that really faces the pyramids, and you can also book excursions through the hotel—very helpful and flexible to your needs.
The location is exactly as shown in the photos: you’re right in the front row on the rooftop terrace with the pyramids. Breakfast is served there. The whole team was always super friendly and helpful. We booked a shuttle to the airport and the museum through the hotel, all hassle‑free and reliable. Drinks and food can be ordered at reception. When we’re back next time, we’ll book the hotel again!

From the room’s window you could literally stare at the legendary pyramids of Giza—what a view! The rooms were spotless and fully equipped. A nice pool was a pleasant way to unwind in the evening. Breakfast on the rooftop was hearty and diverse. Huge thanks to Mohamed at reception for being attentive and quick to respond. We stayed for a day tour of the pyramids and the Great Museum with Egyptian guide Nagwa; it was amazing, truly a must-do!

The highlight of our stay was the surprise upgrade to a room with a pyramids view! It was such a wonderful surprise. The room was comfortable and clean, and the kindness of the people here made the stay even more memorable. We originally booked a night before our trip to Luxor and another for when we returned. The front desk kindly offered to store our luggage while we were away, but we decided to keep the room for the week so we could leave our things unpacked and organized. The hotel arranged our airport pickup, and Mustafa waited nearly 30 minutes while we made our way through the crowded customs area. From day one, he was attentive and wanted us to feel comfortable. The staff checked whether we needed our room cleaned or anything else, and when it was time to return to the airport, our ride was ready on time. The food was amazing! We had chicken, kofta, rice, bread, and fries, followed by a generous and delicious breakfast the next morning. Thank you to the front desk team, the staff who brought food to the rooftop and helped with our luggage, and our driver. You made our time in Giza so much better. A tip for other visitors to Egypt: arranging a private driver ahead of time can make getting around much less stressful
