They didn’t deliver on the advertised rooms; they were dirty, smelled bad, and the staff were rude and aggressive. I paid for a deluxe but was handed a standard room, and when I asked for a refund a very rude, aggressive young Thai lady refused to help, so I left and still haven’t gotten my money back—will file a complaint with the ombudsman and my bank.
