The staff, especially Billie, Jasmine, and Jordan the manager, really made the stay memorable; the rest were nice too, but these three stood out compared to other hostels I've visited. The only downside was the lack of an elevator.

The situation worsened and became more expensive; the pool was under renovation, and the biggest issue was a rude individual who, while pouring beer for Europeans, tried to judge how much time I spent in Vietnam and even got angry after one of your clueless guards ruined my motorcycle.

Honestly, nothing special. The prices were outrageous for a six‑person dorm (630 k VND per night at that time, plus flight), the cleanliness was disappointing, noise persisted until midnight or later, and breakfast was really not great.
