We only stayed for one night, but the owner was super helpful in getting us set up with some local events and activities. They were really knowledgeable and made some great recommendations, which made our stay a lot more enjoyable. It was a great way to experience the local culture.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The room I got was not what I booked on the app, and the owner tried to avoid paying the VAT by not accepting payment through the bank. The staff's attitude was also extremely poor. It was a really frustrating experience.

We were shocked when we arrived to find out our booking had been cancelled and the hotel was full. It was a pretty untrustworthy thing to do, and we were left scrambling to find a new place to stay. Needless to say, we won't be booking with them again anytime soon. The whole experience was a real letdown.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right by the lake and old town, making it super lively and convenient for shopping. However, the lack of an elevator is a major drawback, as you'll be climbing multiple floors. The rooms themselves are a bit outdated, and I was disappointed to see that some areas were dirty and not properly cleaned.
