The location, the garden, Erik and Brigitte who are adorable, Erik’s cooking, and the beautiful, spacious room were all excellent.

Breakfast was very good and the welcome was very friendly, the room was nicely decorated, but the house sits on a road with a regular passing traffic that’s quite noisy.

Brigitte is a force of nature: friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The house is very pretty, as is the room, but the pool is a chimera: an above‑ground basin in an uninviting garden, the room is very noisy because it’s on the street, and there’s no air conditioning.

We were greeted warmly by our host and spent a relaxing evening with other guests around the dining table; Erik’s meal was excellent, the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and breakfast is also excellent. We enjoyed our stay! The only misleading image is the “swimming pool” photo; it shows a much larger basin than the one actually available in the garden, while the picture on the property website is accurate.

“Goed en degelijk”

The owners were very helpful and friendly, they take great care of their guests and anticipate needs where necessary. The room was impeccable and tidy, and the host can cook well—definitely worth trying.
