The room was super comfortable, the ambience was dim and cozy, and all the equipment worked well. The only downside was the lack of windows, so you couldn’t see outside. We had a fantastic evening. The ventilation didn’t run continuously to remove steam from the jacuzzi, and the air conditioning was very noisy.

We found it by chance and couldn’t have chosen a better place! Everything was exactly where it should be—central, clean, welcoming, and the manager was very kind and available. We’ll be back!

The room was nice and welcoming, very modern. We couldn’t use the hot tub because the hot water was missing. We reported this at about 15:30 and were told we would be checked when we returned, but we were out for dinner at the time. The day was ruined. We chose this room for our anniversary to enjoy the hot tub and a relaxing day away from home and kids, but that didn’t happen and it even caused arguments. Very disappointing.

Everything matched the description. The apartment was very well maintained and clean—perfect for a hot weekend for two in Palermo, especially in winter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.
