The scenery, the pool, the playground, and the location were all lovely, and it was great that there was a kiosk and buffet. The cabin wasn’t well heated, so we felt a bit cold the first night, and even though the pool is beautiful, the water was a little cool for my taste.

The view was nice. The pool water was cold, and the cabin was also cold. The facilities felt old, unappealing, and uncomfortable.

The place was beautiful. The cabins were divine. The service was a pleasure. The pisco sour with pizza was a wild joke, hahaha. We might have felt a bit cold.

The place was comfortable, the service was good, everything looked lovely, and the pool was fantastic.

The spot is gorgeous right on the lake shore, facing Volcano Osorno, surrounded by nature. The house is simple but fully equipped and very clean, and the heated pool is stunning. During the height of winter, the house felt a bit chilly on the day we arrived, but it warmed up nicely afterward.
