Very friendly, accommodating and straightforward, but the rooms had some flaws—water tap, sliding door, bedroom door—nothing dramatic, yet they should be fixed regularly.

The place is well‑located and easy to get around, but from the start I had a misunderstanding that left me with no options to meet my needs, which I had communicated a month before arrival. The hotel is new and stylish, yet not practical in my view. The bathroom lacks space around the sink for toiletries, and the shower, while fancy, floods the rest of the room when the door is open. The biggest issue was that I had specifically requested a room with two single beds for traveling with my daughter, but I kept receiving messages that the room had a double bed. No message ever said we couldn’t get two single beds, so I assumed it was a language mix‑up. I was surprised to receive a double bed, which didn’t work for me. When I tried to explain, they said I was misquoting. I offered to bring a mattress, but they said there was no such option and the hotel was fully booked. If you work in entertainment you should be reasonable and go the extra mile; imagine having a problem and messing up the bed—there’s no extra mattress available. I had already paid and couldn’t leave, so I had to share the bed with my daughter, resulting in a week of poor sleep. They helped with taxis and information, but they did not help with the bed issue.

The setting, cleanliness, and good breakfast are positives, but note the hotel sits on a hill reached by many stairs or steep streets, making it tough for someone with limited mobility. The staff is almost non‑existent; it feels more like a façade. Reception is open only a few hours a day and the hotel is accessed by digital key even during the day.

The location is great, the apartment is small but well equipped, and I felt very safe. The staff and breakfast were lovely, the pool matched the description and offered a great view—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing. The downside was the many steps to reach the area where the Duke Suites are, especially with luggage, but the climb is worth it.

The location, the gym, and the upstairs pool are positives, but the breakfast could be better.
