“This place is a true delight! No reason to stay anywhere else in Harrow”

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and knew the area like the back of their hand. With three bedrooms each having its own bathroom, my wife, our two friends, and we had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast was top‑notch and a perfect way to end each day, and the grounds are full of interesting plants and veggies worth a stroll. Nothing to complain about – we’re already planning to come back next year.

Our time at Walnut Grove was wonderful – the room felt cozy, comfy, and spotless. The setting is beautiful, and we loved both the jacuzzi and the pool. The hosts were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was a homemade treat, using garden produce and local ingredients, and we wished we could have stayed longer.

“Nice place with a great breakfast and bed, however bathroom was small and the gardens were tired”

The bed was super comfy and the hosts really went the extra mile with breakfast, serving fruit, fresh pastries, and a hot entrée. We liked the hot tub and appreciated the hosts’ local tips. On the downside, the bathroom felt cramped, the garden looked a bit neglected, and the hot tub showed signs of heavy use. Breakfast was only served at a set time, which didn’t work for another couple, and one morning the decaf coffee was cold, forcing us to reheat it in the microwave.
