I found the location great and the place quiet, with a helpful and attentive staff member. However, I didn’t expect so many stairs, and it was hard to climb them with luggage.

The hotel sits right at the entrance to Taormina, making sightseeing super convenient. The owner was very kind and sent me a list of recommended restaurants and cafés. Because I joined an early‑morning Etna tour, I missed breakfast, but the previous day they handed me bread and yogurt, which was a lifesaver.

We enjoyed a flawless stay at Bed and Breakfast Josepha; the room was spacious, spotless, and very cozy. Davide was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent food and activity suggestions ahead of time, and arranging a fantastic Etna tour for us.
