In‑room service food, rooms, the ambience of the hotel. The buffet breakfast spread could have been better, I felt. We had the same spread all the days of our stay. When a couple stays in a room of the hotel, they should be provided two sets of biometric keys, which was not given and it caused needless problems for my wife and me. The problem of no direct lift going to the 6th to the 9th floor was also another issue which I thought the hotel could rectify in the long run.
