The B&B sits in a very quiet spot near the town of Locorotondo, in a countryside area with a few trulli and the only other house being that of Mrs. Stefanie; the room was spacious, clean, silent, and fully equipped. Mrs. Stefanie is very kind and prepares fantastic breakfasts with homemade cakes, biscuits, preserves, yogurt, juices, and fresh fruit. On our first day we woke later than the breakfast time because we were still recovering from a wedding, and she had the breakfast ready on the terrace table in front of the room, with coffee still hot in a thermos and yogurt and juices in a fridge bag with cooling plates—great! The location is very convenient for reaching all the points of interest in the Itria Valley, and we were very satisfied with our choice—thanks, Stefanie, and see you next time! The only issue was that in the area there is almost no field for several kilometers and the Wi‑Fi was not optimal, but we managed anyway! 😀

Super clean, perfect location to explore northern Puglia, and a wonderful breakfast lovingly prepared by the host; the pillow might be a bit high, but that depends on your taste.

The house of Mrs. Stefanie is gorgeous, and our room opened straight onto a huge terrace with tables, chairs and a lounge chair. We had two rooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, and the bathroom, all very pretty and carefully furnished. Still, to be honest, I would add a few shelves or a hanger in the bathroom and a small fridge in the room, because in summer it’s uncomfortable not having a way to keep water or drinks cool for the long, hot days spent out and about. Breakfast is the added value, coffee made with a moka pot, fruit juice, jam, fresh and dried fruit, yogurt, in short, very varied and lovingly prepared. The B&B is in Contrada Tagaro, there are no activities of any kind, but it’s very convenient for travel, super close to Locorotondo and Cisternino.
