It was clean and the staff were nice, but I’m really disappointed: when we arrived I asked for an iron, and they told me I could only order it the next morning, and that it would take 24 hours to be ready. I asked if I could do it myself, but that wasn’t possible. At the pool the snacks were awful, overpriced, and the pizza and sandwich were the worst, not worth the price. Another issue is that we had to pay 100 € and didn’t get the money back when we checked out. I texted them and the reply was “it can take 3 weeks”; after 4 weeks I still haven’t received my money.

Arrivando alle 11 le stanze non erano pronte, anche se ci avevano detto che prima di un paio d’ore non se ne parlava. Siamo stati molto scarsi con le notizie; prima abbiamo dovuto pagare una cauzione di 100 euro come deposito cauzionale (che non esiste da nessuna parte) e poi abbiamo dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno al checkout, mentre la tassa si paga al check‑in e non al check‑out, e avendo fatto la prenotazione online dovrebbe essere inclusa nel costo.

“Ottimo albergo ma la piscina non ha soddisfatto è il posto auto devono organizzarsi meglio”

Mi è piaciuto l'accoglienza, la pulizia, lo staff. La piscina, essendo un 4 stelle, penso che la devono modernizzare parecchio. È poi che non hanno posti auto, hanno invece una convenzione con un parking a 22 minuti di distanza se ti serve; l’auto lo devi comunicare 1 ora prima e la sera max alle 11 la devi riportare.

“Fabulous stay with great nemkoties”

Good location with walking distance to Sorrento. Friendly,attentive staff who went out of their way to please. Super clean with a fabulous pool. Great value for money!!. No kettle in the room
