My room had a water line in the wall that sounded like a fire hydrant blasting every time someone turned on the tap above me. It was a constant pressure pump noise that kept me from sleeping all night. I wouldn’t pay that price to stay here again.

The beds are hard and the springs poke through, making them uncomfortable. The front desk staff were unhelpful, which was disappointing for a Holiday Inn Express, known for good care and comfortable beds and pillows.
