We were able to swap from the second floor to the first floor. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a conditioner and a fan. Doña Maruja helped us rent a motorbike. She was helpful, friendly, and warm. In July 2926, the dog Kako, who was a puppy, came to play with us ❤️. I recommend renting a motorbike or a little car because the hotel is 8 minutes by car from the center. Expect the streets to be busy.

When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready. We understood we had to wait until the 3:00 p.m. check‑in time, but it wasn’t available until 5:00 p.m. The worst part was the lack of management from the apartment‑hotel; they never offered a solution or an alternative, just told us to keep waiting. Because of this, we had to find another place to stay that night, ruining our travel plans and costing extra money that wasn’t in our budget. We didn’t get any help or a solution from the place.

The value for money was just enough. The location is awful, far from the center, and the area is risky according to other reports.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, largely thanks to Maruja. She truly went above and beyond every day, from giving us the best tour tips to personally driving us to the airport, making everything easy and special. It was my birthday during the trip, and she surprised my husband and me with a thoughtful celebration we’ll never forget. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed and at home. Thank you, Maruja, for making our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!
