The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. At check‑in we were told that because the total number of guests was insufficient, breakfast would be delivered to the room the next morning, which was thoughtful and helped avoid waste—quite good.

The room was large, had the wooden floor I liked, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The seafood noodles at the restaurant were delicious, generous portions, and the restaurant staff were great. The bathroom floor in the room tends to hold water, the hair dryer doesn’t work well, there are a few outlets in the room, making charging inconvenient.

The room service staff and restaurant staff were on point with excellent attitude, but the front desk staff’s attitude and response could improve; they should listen carefully to customers’ needs instead of dismissing them. Replacing supplies is a basic requirement of room service. Overall, the hotel is average, but the underground parking is troubling: the entrance slope is too steep, so cars with low clearance cannot enter; the chassis gets stuck, and the front desk didn’t warn us beforehand, causing my car’s chassis to be severely jammed. Is it possible to claim compensation if my car’s chassis is damaged?

The staff were good, but there were too few outlets.
