Everything was fine, and the pools were fantastic for kids in sunny weather. I chose the hotel for an 8‑year‑old and a 7‑month‑old baby (who isn’t even sitting yet) near the pool. As soon as I entered, I had to go to the reception by myself; the stairs from the entrance have no handrails for strollers. The receptionist was rude, speaking in a condescending, arrogant tone, and told me that all mothers must carry their strollers into the warm rooms and then bring them down the stairs on their own—what a heavy, deep stroller! When I replied that I was a foster grandmother, not a young mother, and that I’d come by train with the kids without a car, she snapped, “YOU HAVE CHILDREN FOR MONEY.” The receptionist should take a client‑service course; I’m a paying guest, and every time I wanted to leave the hotel or go to my room, I had to find a passerby to help me with the stroller up and down the stairs. I’ve been to Hotel Bellevue before with my dad for boiler service, and I love Jetřichovice and often take my kids there for nature trips.

The spot is pretty good, right in the middle of a beautiful area. The friendliness at check‑in was a nice touch after a long, hot day on the motorcycle.
