Really clean – amazing stuff – the wellness area is large and has everything you need. I would also have liked a cooling pool after the sauna, but there are only showers. The food is amazing. Even though the hotel is adults‑only, there were kids under 16 and one morning a toddler. Parking has few spots and sometimes it’s difficult to park.

The wellness area and pool were excellent and very clean, though the hotel staff could be more enthusiastic and welcoming; Vlora was the bright spot, staying friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. We found the breakfast a bit limited by Austrian standards, and dinner on the terrace felt more convivial than inside, as did breakfast outdoors. Unfortunately the bar turned into a simple service desk in the evenings, which was disappointing. We appreciated receiving the SoHa card, which gave us two days of gondola rides and free entry to the Liechtenstein Gorge.
