The staff were very courteous. The only downside was that you had to walk a bit to get there, and if you’re carrying luggage it’s uncomfortable because it’s a little separated from the taxi drop‑off area. A staff member came to meet us at the taxi and carried our bags without any problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect for us—just a few minutes from Djemaa el Fna and easy to find. The only negative aspect was that some guests were noisy. During our stay, there were several guests who didn’t respect quiet hours, both in the evening and the morning. Some stayed on the rooftop near our rooms until about 2:30 am and talked loudly. A group that arrived after 10 pm was already very loud by 8 am the next morning, waking the whole riad. That somewhat affected our experience. We want to emphasize that the hosts aren’t responsible for this. We still liked the riad and would recommend it, just wishing for a bit more consideration from some guests.

The best part was how we were treated during our stay, from arrival (they even offered us tea) to departure. The receptionist Abde was charming, always concerned about how we were, always with a smile and great kindness. We left with a very good memory of this riad. The owner also came to greet us, offered tea, and was very friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and very complete. The riad itself is very pretty and the terrace is gorgeous.
