“Estadia OK”
The beds were comfy and the bathtub was nice. The metro station was super close and the area had good bars and restaurants. The hotel feels a bit old, which shows in the overall facilities and the room itself.

I thought Roppongi wouldn’t be a great neighborhood, so I chose the hotel mainly for its price and design. But the area turned out to be fantastic! A subway station right across from the hotel, great restaurants, and a neighborhood full of style and life. The room was comfortable and pleasant, the lighting was a delight, and the shower was a dream. The staff helped us with everything we needed. A choice I’m very happy with. I was there with my son and we took a room with two beds that was relatively large compared to Tokyo rooms.
Location. Cleanliness - in particular the shower head, edges of carpet
The reception was very friendly. I probably got the best room in the whole hotel! Thanks a lot for that! And of course the massage chair was great.
“Unclean”
The room was damp and the bedding wasn’t quite clean even though they changed the sheets or cleaned the room daily. I ended up with a lot of insect bites that were later diagnosed as from fleas and mites. Really unhappy.
