“não queremos voltar”
I liked the location and the kitchen. The cleaning and towel replacement were lacking; they only do it upon request at the reception and not daily.
“A pleasant stay”
The staff were great. Nothing to complain about.
“The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. In the end, that is the most important thing”
Being right next to my office made commuting a breeze, and the free breakfast and pool were nice touches. The rooms felt a little old‑fashioned, and the beds were far too firm for my taste—my hips ached and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. It would be better to ditch the cable setup and offer smart TVs for streaming.
The staff were super friendly, very informative at check‑in, and someone was always available to answer questions and help.
The stay felt as sweet as a pineapple 🍍. The cable and internet could have been a little better.
