The manager was extremely kind and courteous, there were plenty of events for kids to enjoy, and the facilities were clean with diligent housekeeping that gave everything a very fresh feel. I found no drawbacks.

The person who welcomed us wore a big smile, was very thorough, and although the price made me nervous at first, it quickly put me at ease! The sauna cost 2000 yen per person, offered clear air and an excellent outdoor bath—far better than the price suggested. The kitchen area was spotless and stocked with a wide range of seasonings, which was a huge help. Our room was also incredibly clean and simply perfect. I couldn’t spot a single flaw.

The hotel's barrel sauna was a highlight, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The comfortable seating area with a great view was a lovely touch. The only thing I can say is that there's not much to complain about.

This place is a real gem, with plenty of amenities to keep you entertained. The only downside is the sauna, which isn't worth the extra cost - just head to the nearby onsen for a much better experience.

The facilities and amenities were spotless, and the staff were super helpful in recommending nearby restaurants for dinner. However, the lack of a freezer in the room's fridge made it a hassle to restock my drinks, and I had to keep going to the shared kitchen to grab ice. Also, my iPad wouldn't connect to the monitor because it's not iOS-compatible.
