The staff treated me poorly; it took 15 minutes to locate my reservation, and the room was in bad shape with a 32‑inch TV, dirty and old carpet, poor lighting, worn sheets and towels, and no Cleenex tissues—when I asked reception, they didn't have any, so I will never stay at this hotel chain again.
