I managed to get a suite even though I arrived early, which was the only bright spot; the room itself wasn’t very clean, but you can’t expect everything, especially the early check‑in (thanks) and flawless cleanliness… The vibe was cold and very strict, with warnings everywhere about forbidden things and constraints, giving a not‑very-welcoming feel overall, even though there were a lot of staff (sometimes not very smiling) in that big, impersonal, icy lobby (not counting the AC), and no solutions to simple, basic requests for a place of this caliber… it was just “no” and that’s how it is! Anyway, you’ll find plenty of genuinely warm and welcoming places elsewhere in Bangkok.

The hotel is superbly located – just a two‑minute walk to the MRT station and a 7‑11, and after two stops (with a transfer) you reach the IMPACT exhibition hall. Across the street is a small shopping area with many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, while the on‑site restaurant also served tasty food at reasonable prices. The only issue was ants in the room; if that were fixed, the hotel would be flawless.

“It was fine for my short stay and within reasonable distance of the Impact convention”

The staff were very helpful. The rooms, facilities and breakfast were average. It felt overpriced; for almost $100 less you could stay in a 5‑star Sukhumvit hotel.

The room turned out fine, but I had to be moved twice before finally getting a four‑star room.
