The spot was great, but the pool was shut down and we were told we'd get a $30 a night discount that never showed up on the bill, and the seal around the air conditioner leaked when it rained.

The service was top‑class, with staff genuinely caring about my comfort and even calling to make sure I didn’t leave a document behind; breakfast was decent and bottled water was provided throughout the stay. We had a car and didn’t experience any security issues that other guests mentioned. The only hiccup was the sofa bed arriving unprepared—brand new with plastic but no linens—yet I was able to sort it out.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the pool remains closed. The included breakfast was edible yet poorly attended: when we ate at 9 on a Sunday, coffee, milk, and bread had to be restocked even though breakfast was listed until 11, and most staff I saw were on their phones during both days we stayed.
