Everything was top: reception, room, dinner, location. The discount at Qpark didn’t work because the gate opens automatically when you have the Qpark app with license‑plate recognition.

The reception was friendly and the location is great, but the parking is a bit far from the hotel and not very convenient with luggage on the cobblestones of the pedestrian streets, though the central spot makes it a bit tricky.

The staff were genuinely welcoming at both check‑in and check‑out, and the hotel’s décor is gorgeous with a touch of old‑world charm. The rooms are huge and comfy; I really liked them. The nearby city centre makes the stay very pleasant for walking. The elevator is far too slow; I hear it’s an old building but it still needs improvement, especially for the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. The breakfast was also very poor – there was little choice at the buffet and no eggs, so I couldn’t have breakfast on the second day of my stay even though that option was included with my room.
