Food, drinks, and the beach were excellent, yet the ambiance could be better and I didn’t like that the relaxation areas were rented out; if you pay all‑inclusive or at least more comfortable rest areas should be available.

The room was clean and spacious, but the food was terrible; the buffet was unusable, the à la carte dish was ruined, the fish smelled awful, and the pico de gallo was sour—overall a very bad meal 😢

The pier area and the ferry ride were great, yet the neighbors downstairs and next door were extremely drunk, blasting music all night until 5 am, and the hotel staff never asked them to lower the volume, making the night unpleasant
