“Will not.stay there again.”

Breakfast was the only thing that worked, everything else fell short. The staff was indifferent, and the room lacked shampoo and conditioner. A similar problem hit several other rooms because we were a large group, all staying at the same hotel. The rooms felt muggy and carried a bad odor.

“Peaceful place with large room that includes a wonderful king size bed.”

The room was huge, spotless, and the bed was supremely comfortable—quiet as a whisper after a long week of travel. Being close to the elevator made it a breeze for us older folks. The only downside was the lobby water with lemon; it was lukewarm and unpalatable, so we couldn't drink it. Breakfast could use healthier choices.

Breakfast was solid, with a nice variety of options. The room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom was well maintained. However, there were no blankets—just a top sheet and a thin mattress cover. The pillows were lumpy, and some sheets and towels looked dingy; a bit of bleach would help. The snack vending machine stayed almost empty the entire time I was there.

“Frustration and stressful”

When we first arrived, we used the bathroom in our room and opened the toilet and the toilet seat was cracked in half. I went to the front desk and showed them the picture and they got it fixed within the 1/2 hour. I later took a shower and the bottles of soap, conditioner, and shampoo that were located in the shower were all but empty. I mentioned it to the front desk on our way out for the night and she gave me a cup with little containers of soap, conditioner, and shampoo. The fridge made a high pitch noise all the time, but felt as if we were already complaining a lot so didn't mention it to them. Went out of town away from the hotel on the 5th like we were planning on. About 10:30 in the morning I received a phone call from the hotel, wondering when I was going to be checking out. I told them we have a two night reservation. They told me I only have one night. They asked if I had the reservation, I pulled it up and it was for two nights. They told me I will need to contact because that is where I booked it through because they only have one night. They told me not to worry about anything until we got back to the hotel. About a half hour later, I received notification from my bank saying the hotel charged me another $50. I called them back about it and they told me that they went ahead and tried to charge me for the second night. I told them I have already paid and have the reservation and receipt. They told me that only paid the hotel for one night and only have the one night reservation and I needed to pay for the second night. I told them that they had just told me to sort it out when I returned to the hotel. They told me that they needed to be paid for the second night. I dealt with that stress all day until we returned to the hotel that night. I stopped at the front desk and they asked to see the reservation. I showed them the two night reservation. They told me I needed to contact because they only received one night reservation and only one night virtual card. I then told them I tried to find a number for and couldn't find a customer service phone number, asked them if they had any way of getting ahold of . They asked to see my phone again with the reservation and she showed me the spot where it has the phone number and pointed it out. I said that is to contact the hotel, isn't that your phone number. She affirmed
