Gite Nadia

The guy we met when we arrived was really nice and tried hard to help us despite the language barrier. We stayed to eat on site, and the meal was tasty and pleasant. Breakfast was good with nice coffee. The room design felt a bit dated.

The setting, the service, the food, and the owners’ friendliness were great. The only issue was that the water pump’s noise could have been muffled more.

Breakfast was acceptable, though the coffee didn’t quite hit our standard for real whipped milk with espresso. We didn’t like being in a remote spot; we’d have preferred nearby cafés, bistros, and some buzz. Still, the place is very quiet, ideal for contemplation, reflection, and writing. Unfortunately, I was too tired to enjoy the tennis court and pool.

There were plenty of leisure options: pool, tennis, table tennis, mini‑golf, foosball, and billiards. Everything, however, was in a mediocre condition, and the accommodation felt a bit worn out overall. Being right in the middle of a construction zone added a slightly uncomfortable vibe.

“4 jours au gîte Nadia”

The staff were excellent—helpful, friendly, and very kind. Breakfast was very good, the mattresses comfortable, and the place clean. The downside was the proximity to the main road; heavy construction with a lot of dust made it noisy. It’s a bit rustic but still clean.
