“Wonderful stay with an amazing view”
Friendly host, amazing view and wonderfully decorated modern house with great facilities!. There could have been a separate more dimmed light in the living room for when watching TV
“Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! Love love love!”
Everything about this stunning property was pure LUX! From the moment you drive onto the property and walk in the door you are wow’ed at its beauty! The view, the furnishings, the colours, fixtures and fittings, the kitchen, the palatial bathroom, the products in the shower, the spa, the landscaping, absolutely sensational! We wholeheartedly could not fault this property. When we travel out of town we like to treat ourselves and stay in high end accommodation, Mountain Rise Retreat is right up there with the best we have stayed in and at a fraction of the price. Exceptional value for money. The owners are fabulous! Super lovely down to earth kiwis. Nothing was an issue. I contacted Carolyn asking her a couple of questions regarding their design choices (as we are building) she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. It’s important to add - You are completely separate from the owners and are left to your own devices. We highly recommend Mountain Rise Retreat as your accommodation of choice when visiting Cambridge
Exceptional accommodation. Outstanding views. Leaving!
“Amazing stay with breathtaking views, a comfortable retreat, and everything we needed.”
Overall, an awesome place to stay! The views were absolutely breathtaking, the accommodation was extremely comfortable, and everything was well thought out. We had a fantastic time relaxing and taking in the scenery. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Mountain Rise Retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We loved all off it
“The Mountain Rise Retreat felt more like a luxurious guest house rather than just a rental property.”
The Mountain Rise Retreat was truly exceptional, immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with heated floor tiles and stunning floor to ceiling glass doors that opened up to an unforgettable view. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious, making it an absolute joy to stay in. To top it off, the host personally came out to ensure a seamless check‑in and was readily available for any questions, which made the experience even more special
