Everything from the staff, the decor, the food, and the facilities was wonderful; the service was top tier and my room was amazing! I was there alone for a birthday trip and they kindly gave me a little cake to celebrate. I also ate at Chang’an Bridge – the food was delicious, definitely one of the best meals I had in China. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the City Wall where most tours start, but it’s very close to a subway station or a 25‑30 minute drive to the wall.

Nice lobby. Very few staff. Only 2ppl at the front desk usually. Interior not well maintained. Doesn't feel like a5 star hotel at all in terms of service and details

The room was very big and comfortable with a huge bathroom, and parking a car in the free underground garage was easy. The view from the window was beautiful, the breakfast was very delicious with an extremely large selection of dishes, vegetables, and meats, and the dinner at the fantastic Italian restaurant was great. Nothing to complain about.

There are a few staff members who could improve if they received better training. For instance, the sauna was shut down at 7 PM today, even though the official schedule says it stays open until 10:30 PM; they were also disconnected. Additionally, towels were not available. This is meant as constructive feedback to help the hotel get even better.
