The staff were totally indifferent and the rooms were just bad. I didn’t even bother with the reservation – it was a terrible place, and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

The parking was a nightmare – the free spot the hotel advertises is a half‑hour walk away, so we ended up paying for a spot in the hotel lot. Inside, the rooms were old, with wooden doors that only shut with a key, peeling paint, and wallpaper that was puffed up and coming off. The bathroom leaked after a shower and the smell stayed even after they fixed it, and the pool water was cloudy with algae.

The hotel was in terrible shape – mold on the walls, phone and internet cables ripped out of the walls, and outlets that had caught fire weren’t replaced. It wasn’t until the third room change that things got a bit better. The food was horrible, so I dropped the all‑inclusive plan right away. The staff tried to help, but the overall experience was still bad.

The rooms were clean, but the food was awful. The all‑inclusive deal was a lie – you could only grab a 1€ coffee at the bar or something that was just weak. Overall a disappointing stay.
