We had another successful family stay at the hotel, thanks to the helpful staff, who even offered to switch our room to a different building in the main hotel due to our initial mistake. However, our stay was affected by the hotel's high occupancy rate, which resulted in a shortage of towels at the pool, overcrowding at the pool and sauna, and chaos during meals. I must commend the restaurant staff, who efficiently managed the large number of guests.

I was pleased with the diverse culinary options available, but unfortunately, there was no dog bowl, and I was charged for it. Additionally, the kitchen lacked a paper towel dispenser, and the air in our apartment was too dry, with no option to adjust the temperature.

I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The food was really tasty and met my expectations. Although I didn't get a chance to explore much else, the start of my day was off to a great beginning. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, but overall it was a pleasant experience. The numerous saunas were a lifesaver, especially when we had a large group of people. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, particularly the receptionist with the lovely long hair. The kids' activities were also top-notch, thanks to the enthusiastic animators.
