The staff were very welcoming and helpful, from our first contact with reception staff Rencila to the two staff at breakfast. I loved the beautiful artwork throughout the hotel, and the room was very comfortable and well thought out. The system for providing hot drinks at breakfast could be better to avoid long waits.

I found the hotel chic and stylish, and it was just a short walk from Earls Court underground. The artwork displays were great, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though the check‑in took a little longer than expected.
