The hotel was simply spectacular! What really sets it apart is the warmth and excellence of the staff. Special thanks to Rocío, the manager, Red at reception, Lorena in the restaurant, Daniel, David, and the whole team for making our stay in Lima unforgettable. During our visit, my partner’s birthday was celebrated with a lovely surprise gift, showing their dedication and attention to detail. Definitely a place we’d return to and recommend with our eyes closed.

The view was wonderful, but the whole night was noisy because a pipe was dripping, making it impossible to sleep.

We are deeply grateful to all the staff at Hotel Casa Andina Premium, especially RED, DANIEL, ESTEFANIA, NATALIA, and of course ROCÍO, the manager, whose service was simply spectacular and full of thoughtful details. We were also lucky that our idol, the Peruvian tenor JUAN DIEGO FLOREZ, whom we had gone to see, stayed there and we could meet him, greet him, and take a photo together.
