The building looked gorgeous and getting there was a breeze! I liked that they had e‑bikes and a shuttle to town, and they even lent out bear spray. The team was warm and helpful, and the French press in the room beat coffee pods. However, there were no outlets or lights on either side of the bed, which is a basic hotel feature, and the lighting itself felt odd. The amenity fee was also on the high side…

The scenery around the hotel was fantastic, and the location was close to Banff town, but the CP was high. The room was on the second floor with no elevator, so although the hotel could help with luggage, it was still a hassle.

The hotel was cozy, spotless, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The shuttle to downtown was convenient, the views were great, and the breakfast at the restaurant was wonderful.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the bistro was amazing for dinner, and breakfast was okay (better in Banff). The staff were amazing and super helpful. The hot tub was a bonus, as were the free electric bikes. It was noisy, though: road traffic seeped in at night, and we could hear people in the room above clearly.

The place was definitely private and very peaceful. The bistro service needs improvement. We specifically booked a mountain view, but it was only a vague mountain view, not like the photo.
