“Lovely location and really friendly staff”
The place was ideal for my trip, but the shower setup was unusual.
“Would not stay here again, and would not recommend to friends”
The sunset view was great, but a staff member’s attitude and demeanor were very poor; they made us feel uncomfortable by glaring at us out the window.

A very clean and comfortable room with everything I wanted. Nothing
The room was very quiet and peaceful, yet I have a bad heart condition (which I forgot to mention, my fault) and our room was on the very top floor! The sea view was great, but I needed quite a bit of recovery time between trips 😊
“We hardly used our car for the 4 days as this is a very convenient place to stay at.”
I had a lovely room at the top of the house with an excellent view over the Wash, two comfy armchairs to watch TV—a detail many places overlook. Breakfast and the host were excellent. The road was very quiet, yet only a 5 minute walk from Hunstanton’s centre; chip shops, takeaways, etc. were within a short walk. The Wash was a few minutes away with spectacular views across to Lincolnshire. Good bus links to Kings Lynn meant you could travel by train then bus, and buses also ran along the north Norfolk coast, making it easy to explore without a car. The only downside was the shower control box in room 8; it seemed installed by a very tall person, so my wife couldn’t reach the knobs—needs re‑plumbing.
