The spot right next to the Colosseum was great, close to most landmarks, but the entry system was a hassle—spending 30 minutes figuring out the door lock and then being moved to another room without any heads‑up (hoping the price stayed the same).

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the Colosseum, making it very convenient for exploring Rome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed: air conditioning, complimentary water in the fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea. The view was beautiful, and the place was very comfortable. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated that the apartment was cleaned during our stay. There are supermarkets nearby, as well as wonderful pastry shops where we enjoyed delicious coffee and fresh orange juice every morning. When we return to Rome in the future, we will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this accommodation. Five stars for the accommodation, the service, and the overall experience!

The air‑conditioning worked well and the room’s décor was nice, but there was no hot water, and I had to wait two hours outside the building for access while the manager didn’t answer calls.

The host was incredibly kind and gave good café recommendations, the room was stylish and chic, and the neighborhood was adorable; getting into the hotel was a bit tricky and unexpected, but we managed.
