The location was fine, just minutes from the town center, with plenty of parking and a quiet neighborhood. The Wi‑Fi needed an extender because the signal dropped the farther back you were. Also, a gym next door blasted loud club music at 6 am.

It’s just around the corner from my office, but the bed is a single.

The property is basic as described in the listing, but it’s very clean and homely, offering excellent value for money. The toilet is spacious with a good shower, and the water was perfectly hot. The location is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s in the city centre, with a lovely view facing the canal at the harbour. Mary, the host, was very welcoming, a genuinely warm and lovely lady who made me feel right at home. No negatives.

A warm and friendly woman welcomed me, and the spot is right in the center of Tullamore.

The place sits on the waterfront, a short walk to town, and parking is just outside the property; the owner is a very nice lady with great communication at all times and is always helpful. Nothing I didn't like for that price bracket – real good value. Maybe a new mattress in the near future, but as said for what you're paying it’s okay.
