The location was great, letting us shop on foot, and the staff listened well and helped us book excursions; however, the meals and breakfast lacked variety, which was disappointing because the food was too spicy and hot for the kids.

The room felt cozy, and everything else was fine.

I asked the hotel to extend my check‑out to 7:00 PM because my flight was at 11:30 PM, but they said the room wasn’t available and wouldn’t allow an extension even though I was ready to pay extra; this left me with several hours to wait with my luggage before the flight, and I hoped they would reconsider a suitable late check‑out arrangement.

I am writing to formally report severe disruptions in Room 202 that ruined my stay. First, there was a major Wi‑Fi outage during morning work hours that took a long time to fix, causing major inconvenience. Second, the room had a constant, loud water noise from drain piping behind the headboard, which kept me awake all night. Because of these basic service failures and lack of rest, I request a formal review and compensation.

The family rooms were spacious, but the man at reception was rude and had a bad attitude.
