The door of the room creaked every time it opened, and on the second day all the sockets in the room stopped working; that night, after the power came back, the AC suddenly died and a burnt‑cable smell appeared, and after a long wait we were offered a room change but the new door still squeaked, the sockets were hard to use and only two worked, and the room phone was dead despite calling a technician who couldn’t fix it, while the morning staff did a great job clearing the cars in the parking lot, something I’ve never seen at other hotels; the pool area needs better upkeep because the edges are dirty and black, which makes it look terrible for photos.

“Masih OK”

The location is great, the staff are friendly and the pool is nice. The bathroom was dirty, the bath-up looked unclean, there were many peeling paint spots that made it look neglected, and the tissue holder was loose.

“Recommended for family stay.....don"t miss it.”

All staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are so spacious ans connected. Food are more than excellent and tasteful. Church, restaurants and culinary shops are just in distance. Need to improve the bfast queuing especially when the hotel is over capacity. We finally got our turn after 3 times being up n down the stairs
