Everything was liked, the staff were very courteous, the room was cleaned, they provided a new bottle of water and other small touches. The location was also good. The room was just a bit narrow, nothing more.

The staff, the location, the facilities! There is a divine balcony to sit and drink. Everything is clean and tidy. Only one detail that doesn’t matter: the pillow wasn’t comfortable.

The spot is convenient, right near the waterfront and Old Town. The room is the first I've seen that doesn't let in fresh air; the window faces the hotel courtyard, not the street. Sleeping under the AC is fine, but I wake up with a sore head and swelling. The pillows are terrible and should be swapped out.
