We spent a fantastic family holiday here. The kids’ club was spotless, entertaining, and our children adored every activity. We were also pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade. Everyone on the staff was welcoming, the rooms were cozy, and the service was top‑class. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing vacation at Gaia Hotel. Our kids loved the Kid Club, spending whole days there and never wanting to leave. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic with the children, and took great care of our family. The hotel also offered a free room upgrade, which was a truly appreciated surprise. The rooms were spacious, clean, new, modern, and comfortable. The cost was very reasonable for the value. We’ll definitely return for future trips to Phú Quốc. Thanks for the wonderful experience! The staff were enthusiastic, breakfast offered both vegetarian and non‑vegetarian options, which suited our vegetarian family perfectly. The location is front‑of‑house and convenient for travel. The room was new and clean, the pool was large, and I really liked it.

The hotel is clean and the location is good, but the service was not good because there was no staff to help carry luggage to and from the rooms.
