The resort offers selected rooms with South China Sea views, a 5-minute walk from Sentosa Luge and Skyride, and three stops from Vivocity and Harbourfront MRT station via Sentosa Express.

I didn’t like anything; if it weren’t for a job and a global competition, I would have left after the first hour, but unfortunately that was the only accommodation available. The price is high and the food is bad. Ants and insects are everywhere. You have to bring your own laundry bag and no one helps you; you must wash clothes yourself with no service. The staff are unprofessional, rarely smile, and nobody likes them. The resort is dilapidated.

The environment, the kind staff, and the inclusion of disabled people as staff members were all great, and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel sits just a short walk from the golf course, but a few rooms still need some upkeep.

We landed after a 15‑hour flight and had to wait until 3 pm for our room, while other nearby hotels were ready to contact us sooner; we even debated leaving together, and one afternoon at 5 pm the staff asked if we wanted a cleaning even though we’d been out all day and had already requested it.
