The staff were very good; I plan to come back for another stay.

There was no breakfast, even though it was listed as optional. The room lacked a kettle, the air conditioner was noisy, and cleanliness was average. Given the price, I cannot demand more.

“Eine einzige Katastrophe und nicht booking. com würdig”

There was very little or nothing. An attempt was made to pull an ancient scam through and fail because we already knew it; supposedly no booking and a double charge was attempted! We arrived in a family room with 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, and the drama continued immediately. After a short time a foul odor developed from one bathroom and spread into one of the bedrooms, making sleep impossible! We asked the hotel to address the issue, which the front‑desk lady was aware of. A new room with three beds for 4 people was offered. Since no other room was available, we split between the two units. The highlight of the whole ordeal was that both rooms were infested with pests, causing my mother‑in‑law to develop a rash on her head (probably from the pillow or the sofa she briefly lay on). There was no trace of cleanliness in the rooms. This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced in Thailand in 23 years!

We didn't receive breakfast. The overall cleanliness was acceptable, but the shower had no hot water and the device was out of order.
