I’ve stayed many times. This breakfast could have been better; usually it’s rice, two sausages, and an egg, but this time there were only two bits of sausage and rice, no egg.

I was disappointed when the front desk told me breakfast wasn't included and I’d have to pay extra, even though my original reservation clearly listed it as part of the package. That first day felt like a let‑down, especially after a previous booking that I couldn’t use and lost the full payment for a three‑night stay. On top of that, I had no key because the previous guest had taken it, so I couldn’t lock the door when I left the apartment.

The staff are incredibly helpful and always go the extra mile, with warm smiles that make every encounter feel friendly and welcoming. The downside is that there’s no hot water for showers and the water supply stops at 10 PM; after that you’re left with only a stored water supply in the shower.

They were very supportive and attentive when I had small issues that needed help.

It’s a real let‑down. The place isn’t a good spot to unwind; it’s only suitable for backpackers. The bidet is broken, the tiles are damaged, and there’s no hot or cold water. My stay wasn’t worth it.
