“Very very dissatisfied, I will suggest the Hotel owner to improve in all aspects.”

Nothing. 1. Door lock was not working. 2. Reception staff behavior is not good, seems arrogant. 3. They don't clean the room every day. 4. Inside Room, there is an uncomfortable smell always. 5. Bathroom with Toilet is small. 6. AC is controlled by Reception. Every time we came from outside, needed to call staff to switch on AC. 7. Door mats not provided in front of Washroom. 8. Towels are not clean. 9. Bedsheets are not clean. 10. We found plenty of cockroaches inside the room. 11. Hotel surroundings is dirty, not having pleasant look. 12. Hotel looks good from outside only, not from inside

“If you are family, friends or Solo even, you must stay here.”

The property is too good. Pune Railway station is nearby, just a 10‑minute auto ride. It’s a little bit inside, so sometimes Uber or Ola is difficult to get. Rest is all good.

This is not a 01 star property even This is a very basic budget hotel. Food Tea came in a polythene bag , I have attached a photo. Food comes from a small 03 x 03 road side hut

I stayed in a quiet spot close to the train station, and the room was spacious. The small Indian breakfast was delivered to the room. The equipment feels a bit dated, the bathroom is small and old‑fashioned, and cleanliness could be better. For the price, it’s acceptable.
