Each room offers a private bath, bathrobe, free Wi‑Fi, streaming, coffee machine, and work desk. Guests enjoy a sun terrace, outdoor seating, picnic spots, fitness centre, hiking trails, and bicycle parking. Old Hunstanton Beach is a 9‑minute walk; Hunstanton Golf Club lies 700 m away.

Spacious suite. Comfortable large bed. Large shower unit. Good choice of food for breakfast (with cooked food available if you wanted it). The fact that breakfast is already in your room meant you could have it at a time convenient to you. Allocated parking place. Sideboard with food & crockery along with the fridge are in a different room to the dining table (not a deal breaker).

We booked the Wallis Suite on the 1st floor and it was gorgeous, with a separate living/dining area and a bedroom that were all immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom featured a fantastic shower and a beautiful free‑standing tub. Outside, the garden was accessible and the property had its own parking spot plus an EV charger for those who need one. There were no complaints; everything was flawless and I’m quite picky, so that’s a big plus.
